①電動扳手是定扭矩的，因此作旋緊用時必須注意扳手的使用范圍，以防檸斷螺栓。

②一般裝配一個螺紋件，沖擊時間為2～3s，不要經(jīng)常超過5S。

③電壓過高過低均不宜使用?？辙D(zhuǎn)時，若有火花、響聲等異常時，要排除故障后再使用。變換轉(zhuǎn)向時，要先用電源開關(guān)切斷電源，再扳動正反轉(zhuǎn)開關(guān)，以保護正反轉(zhuǎn)開關(guān)。

電動扳手的使用和操作注意事項

1、確認現(xiàn)場所接電源與電動扳手銘牌是否相符。是否接有漏電保護器。

2、根據(jù)螺帽大小選擇匹配的套筒，并妥善安裝。

3、在送電前確認電動扳手上開關(guān)斷開狀態(tài)，否則插頭插入電源插座時電動扳手將出其不意地立刻轉(zhuǎn)動，從而可能招致人員傷害危險。

4、若作業(yè)場所在遠離電源的地點，需延伸線纜時，應(yīng)使用容量足夠，安裝合格的延伸線纜。延伸線纜如通過人行過道應(yīng)高架或做好防止線纜被碾壓損壞的措施。

1電動扳手的金屬外殼應(yīng)可靠接地，其外殼應(yīng)有定期檢驗試驗合格證，并在有效期限內(nèi)。

2檢查電動扳手機身安裝螺釘緊固情況，若發(fā)現(xiàn)螺釘松了，應(yīng)立即重新扭緊，否則會導(dǎo)致電動扳手故障。
