1、接通電源前應(yīng)先查看電源電壓是否與本產(chǎn)品銘牌相符，是否有接地裝置。當(dāng)電源電壓超出+10%時(shí)應(yīng)采取穩(wěn)壓措施，否則會(huì)影響控制精度。接地不好易造成事故。

2、工具使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10℃-40℃，過(guò)高過(guò)低都會(huì)影響控制精度。

4、工具用于拆卸螺栓時(shí)，其扭矩不得大于額定扭矩值。一般情況下，不是本扳手?jǐn)Q緊的或銹蝕嚴(yán)重的螺栓，不宜用本扳手拆卸，以免造成工具損壞。

5、變換旋轉(zhuǎn)方向時(shí)，必須待電機(jī)停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)后進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中撥動(dòng)正反開(kāi)關(guān)。

1、螺栓直徑的大小對(duì)控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號(hào)的螺栓連接付來(lái)標(biāo)定扭矩值，而且使用一段時(shí)間后還應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)校定。

3、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行***清洗加油，以延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

4、主機(jī)上的電源開(kāi)關(guān)，碳刷，控制儀上的保險(xiǎn)絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，及時(shí)更換。
