扭剪扳手

Torsion shear wrench

是一種終緊扭剪型高強(qiáng)度螺栓的工具，一般有電動(dòng)扭剪扳手和手動(dòng)扭剪扳手，其中電動(dòng)扭剪扳手比較常見(jiàn)。

扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓的初緊可使用沖擊電動(dòng)扳手或定扭矩扳手,而終緊必須使用扭剪扳手，所以扭剪扳手是專門終緊扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓的。

主要是終緊扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓的，它的目的就是把扭剪型高強(qiáng)螺栓的梅花頭打斷即可。工作時(shí)將扳手頭對(duì)準(zhǔn)螺栓頭，扣動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)即可開(kāi)始工作，幾秒后，螺栓梅花頭將被扭斷，然后抽出扳手扣動(dòng)扳機(jī)將梅花頭彈出，即結(jié)束工作。

It is mainly used for final tightening of torsional shear high-strength bolts. Its purpose is to break the plum blossom head of torsional shear high-strength bolts. When working, align the wrench head with the bolt head and pull the switch to start working. After a few seconds, the bolt plum blossom head will be broken, and then pull out the wrench and pull the trigger to eject the plum blossom head, which is the end of the work.
