工具使用的環(huán)境溫度為-10-40，過高過低都會(huì)影響控制精度。被擰螺栓的初始扭矩不得大于工具額定扭矩的70%。螺栓達(dá)到額定扭矩后不得重?cái)Q。工具用于拆卸螺栓時(shí)，其扭矩不得大于額定扭矩值。一般情況下，不是本扳手?jǐn)Q緊的或銹蝕嚴(yán)重的螺栓，不宜用本扳手拆卸，以免造成工具損壞。變換旋轉(zhuǎn)方向時(shí)，必須待電機(jī)停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)后進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中撥動(dòng)正反開關(guān)。

當(dāng)扳手自動(dòng)停止后即可松開開關(guān)（如果不斷開開關(guān)，過5秒鐘扳手就自行啟動(dòng)）待4-5秒后再行開動(dòng)扳手，否則扳手不能啟動(dòng)。螺栓直徑的大小對(duì)控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號(hào)的螺栓連接付來標(biāo)定扭矩值，而且使用一段時(shí)間后還應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)校定。工作前應(yīng)開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3~5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定等，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，切勿帶病工作。

定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次清洗加油，以延長(zhǎng)使用時(shí)間。主機(jī)上的電源開關(guān)，炭刷，控制儀上的保險(xiǎn)絲等均屬易損件，且易引起故障，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，及時(shí)更換。使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)緊固。搬運(yùn)工具時(shí)不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動(dòng)和摔碰。不用時(shí)應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)干燥處，如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行干燥處理。不可與酸、大堿等有害物質(zhì)氣體接觸或存在。

If it is found to be damp, it should be dried in time. Do not contact or exist with acid, alkali and other harmful substances.
